What paper stock do you print on?

UV coating (lamination) or matte on the color side(s).
Please note that you cannot write on UV coated (laminated) materials.

Postcard sizes: 4" x 6", 5" x 7", and 5.5" x 8.5"

Bookmarks, Door Hangers: 14-point glossy card stock with UV coating.

Stationery and Envelopes: 70lb premium uncoated.

Magnets: extra heavy 17-point with UV coating.

Stickers: Crack-N-Pell label stock with UV coating.

What kind of inks do you use?

All of our products are printed with four-color inks: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.

Color density less than 15% may not print.

Can I request spot color?

No. We print using a 4-color process, meaning that all of our products are printed with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. We do not use any inks other than CMYK.

Can I place an order for a custom size card if I order online?

We are unable to accept custom size orders through the online ordering system.

When preparing press-ready digital files, what size should I build my file to?

Please build your press-ready digital files to bleed size by adding 0 .125" dimension for all of our products.

What is the required bleed?

Our bleed is 0.125" added to each overall dimension. Files not built correctly may delay the order, or may add costs.

What if my cards don't bleed?

We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size. We automatically trim 0.125" off of each edge, which will result in the desired trim size.

How do I prepare files for trim?

Simply add 0.125" to each overall dimension of your digital layout. Example: a 5" x 7" would have a bleed size of 5.125" x 7.125"

Do you have any backgrounds that I can use for my card?

Yes. Our background gallery contains thousands of images.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to printing and/or finishing. eStudio 131 is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to customer error or errors with the customer’s own personal computer system(s).

If a job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (15%-30% of total transaction)

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.

What is your return policy?

Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.

Order Shipping and Delivery

eStudio 131 will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall eStudio 131 be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All eStudio 131 customers agree not to hold eStudio 131 liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond eStudio 131's direct control. eStudio 131 shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

eStudio 131 will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and/or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.

Please note that we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.

eStudio 131 will not be held responsible for miscommunications regarding shipping or pick up due to customer error or errors with the customer’s own personal computer system(s).

Customer Content

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not eStudio 131 are entirely responsible for all Content that you use from eStudio 131 Gallery or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Printing Palace, Inc. or any third party does not control posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, intergrity or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will Printing Palace, Inc. be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services, are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. You acknowledge that eStudio 131 does not pre-screen Content, but that eStudio 131 and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that eStudio 131 may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of eStudio 131 its users and the public.

This option puts the design control in your hands and has a limited amount of customer service dedicated to it, enabling us to offer you "the client" a discounted price on products.  Please only call for help if you are having functional program problems, not design questions.
